He has a canon of over twenty films that he has produced, directed, written and edited.

His short drama Fractured City has also been showcased in international film festivals around the world, whilst also winning a Royal Television Society Award in London. https://vimeo.com/146163806

He is Director of the Respect Human Rights Film Festival as well as The Guerrilla Film Club in Belfast.

He is a former researcher and co-ordinator of the Queen’s Film Theatre’s ‘Conversations about Cinema: Impact of Conflict’ programe.

His recent feature documentary, Unquiet Graves toured internationally, while also winning the Royal Television Society Award for Best Documentary in 2019.

He has extensive experience in working with victims and survivors as the theme of his PhD investigates the role of film as advocacy for those affected by political violence.
