据媒体节公共关部门报道，第三届国际媒体节“黎明”的官方宣传片已正式发布。

第三届国际媒体节“黎明”将在埃赫桑·卡韦（Ehsan Kaveh）的指导下举办，分为两个部分（主题部分和巴勒斯坦专题部分）。报名和作品提交的截止日期为2025年2月5日。
