伊朗伊斯兰共和国广播电视台对外事务副总裁艾哈迈德·诺鲁齐 将 莫森·亚兹迪任命为“早晨”国际媒体节总监。
本次是第二届 早晨 国际媒体节，由伊朗伊斯兰共和国广播电视台对外事务副总裁举办。来自本地和国际艺术家将在小说、纪录片、电视、广播、网络空间和新创意类别奖项中展开角逐。

“巴勒斯坦”是本届节日的一个特殊节分，提交在该特定主题的所有 作品都将受到评估。
