The Palestine forum at the 2nd Sobh International Media Festival

The 2nd Sobh International Media Festival, the Palestine forum will be held in Tehran this evening with the presence of Israa Albhaisi, the famous reporter of Al-Alam Network in Gaza; Ali Shoeib, Al-Manar Network field reporter on Palestinian developments; Sharmine Narwani, a well-known analyst of West Asia and the editor of The Cradle magazine, and other prominent figures who advocate for Palestine.

According to the public relations report of the festival, this forum, which will be held today, Sunday at the Mellat Cineplex, is dedicated to investigating the various dimensions of the crimes of the Zionist regime and its supporters in Gaza, as well as the role of the media in representing these facts.

After hosting the first forum yesterday on the topic of “The role of social networks in the media representation of the new world order and recent developments in Palestine,” with the participation of prominent figures in this field and influential social media activists from Europe, America, and Asia, the discussions of the second forum in the series of forums at the “Sobh” media festival continue. The second forum features an interview with Sharmine Narwani, a Canadian journalist and editor of The Cradle; Suhad Khatib, Jordanian artist; Ali Shoeib, Lebanese journalist from the Al-Manar network; Israa Albhaisi, a Palestinian reporter from Al-Alam Network; Hassan Illaik, a Lebanese journalist and a prominent expert on West Asian issues, and Denijal Jegić, a Croatian journalist.

The forum is managed by Marzieh Hashemi, a documentary filmmaker, reporter, and senior anchorwoman of PressTV. The event will be broadcast live on Iran Press and Khabar2 channels, as well as on IRIB World Service channels.

The Palestine forum will be held as part of the side programs of the 2nd Sobh International Media Festival on Sunday, May 19th from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Hall 12 of Mellat Cineplex, and it is open to the public.
